Associated Institutions

Fundación Diseño Madrid, in association with the Asociación de Diseñadores de Madrid (DIMAD), , participates in the management at Matadero Madrid. It organizes activities hosted by the Central de Diseño. Operational since September 2007, this centre has brought important projects to Matadero, such as the I Bienal Iberoamericana de Diseño.
 

Fundación Germán Sánchez Ruipérez sponsors the Casa del Lector, a space located in the old warehouses 13 and 14. The Casa del Lector is a space dedicated to information, research, experimentation and promotion of reading. In addition, production support for visual and plastic arts will be offered at a resource centre, run by the Asociación de Artistas Visuales de Madrid (AVAM).

Music promotion, production and dissemination takes place at the Music Nave, thanks to an agreement made with Red Bull Spain. In October-November 2011 the Red Bull Music Academy settled in and now jointly manages the space with Matadero Madrid.
